* You can't buy directly from the store if you don't live in Japan so you can use a shopping service to do so. I personally recommend chibi_tenshi!

* You can buy at egl.comm.sales livejournal. You have people selling their clothes there lots of time and some people sell Emily Temple Cute.

* You can buy from second-hand japanese stores like closet-child. They usually post lots of emily temple cute and shirley temple dresses there! They update their website on saturdays and wednesdays at 5pm Japanese Time.

* You can by at the japanese auctions websites - yahoo or mbok. You will also need a shopping service to do so. I use nop~pin for yahoo and chibi_tenshi for mbok.
